What do i report a player for if they are looting the player chests before the game started

So i joined a game but noticed a player was looting the chests before the game started,so what option in gameplay reports do i report him for
if you dont know what options im talkin about,so theres an option to report a player for killaura/fly,etc.

isnt that a hack to automatically put the items in a chest into your inventory? that doesnt explain why he was standing on the island and looting when the game hasnt started

Hello,

If you have proof he glitched out of the cage you can report it for phasing however if you just saw him on the floor it may have been a game error in which he hasn’t broken any rule.
