BedWars Weird IP glitch

I have bought myself a new account, now I can't access it because it says my "IP has been flagged". I'm not sure how to fix this. I have made several new accounts to check if it will work, and no success. I should also mention that I have gotten new wifi and my IP has changed. I'm not using any VPNs. ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED!

DM a helper on discord with this screenshot. Make sure to include the taskbar and they will whitelist you.

You can try softwares that may help with that , such as the snipping tool , that automatically comes with Win 10 , or installing lightshot to take screenshots
