Weird glitch.

Ok so there has been this glitch that happens to me with the particles. Whenever i go to cosmetics and put on the bubble projectile trail, and if i go in a game and get a bow to test it out, there is no effects, i dont know if its my pack (ive put on several packs) but can someone please tell me how to fix it. Also 1 week ago the neon cat win effect was working fine (effect where when u win a rainbow comes out of u) but now its the same as the bubble projectile thing. I put the neon cat win effect but when i win theres nothing . How to fix it?

1st Make sure that you have your particles enabled.
if you have them enabled, then I suggest you to fill bug report, also fireball trail in bw is also not working for me.
