It will be a page on which players can express their feelings about staff members
It should also work as a Staff complaint area​

How could this help to improve JartexNetwork?:

In removin' False staff and non deserving staff.
For complaints or merits of a staff member
This would prove whether a staff member is worth or not​

Yeah Demote Henzen
He abuses my friends​

A lot of players are mistreated by some staff members like henzen.

Nice suggestion however, saying to demote a staff member will not get anyone demoted. Since you don't have the power to edit you suggestion, this thread will be locked due to demanding demotion and leading propaganda as your proof. You can make another suggestion but don't try to get someone demoted thinking that will work because we're more educated then that.
