I was wondering if you could add a forum for the people to inform you of staff interaction. That way more deserving active staff can be seen and receive ranks they deserve or trials can be judged better by the people.​

How could this help to improve JartexNetwork?:

It's a more open forum less formal and not a complaint box. The hopes are to help staff monitor and choose who to promote or demote from the players interactions with the staff.​

This would be useless as you can already report staff member. It's a no/-1 for me.

I agree with shawn. Yes, you can report staff members but I see your thinking. It is actually a really good way so the staff team and the community interacts better. Also the reports are only for staff members that don't do their work correctly, I think this is kinda going to help. It is +1 from me though.
