Add a "help" section or a "questions" section that's specifically made for players looking for help.​

How could this help to improve JartexNetwork?:

It'd clean up the forums a bit from having MC crash reports, questions, etc sprawled out across all forums sections rather than just one section.​

+1 Its's gonna be great for all the newbies, who aren't accustomed to this server!
The problem is who is gonna look after that Section !?
