Bedwars needs glass or people will just bridge up, drop tnt and free bed no matter the deffense, because there is no blast resistance block at all aside from obsidian.
The easiest way to implement this would be to swapp the clay for glass since clay is alredy useless it's just more expensive sandstone.

obsidian is easy to get but if you have competent enemies your bed will be gone before you get 8 emeralds. Fireballs won't always work as they can drop the tnt and run. Also building a roof won't always work since if there are 2 people 1 teammate can break while the other places. Glass won't affect gamespeed. -1 glass doesn't belong on jartex (unless gens become faster)
