Global VPN / Proxy

Every time I join, it says "You seem to be using a VPN or Proxy!", I've tried everything to solve it, I've restarted my internet, my pc, my Minecraft, I've used alts to join Minecraft, I've switched internet, etc.

No matter what I do I get instantly kicked for it, so I need someone to solve this by whitelisting my IP or something and telling the system that I'm not using a VPN or Proxy because I'm not.
