I have one extra vote so for example everyone gets 126 votes I'll be the only one having 127 why is this so? and would I get my #1 place in voting or I would get disqualified from getting the voting rewards?

It happened to me too once, I really don't know how and I had 1 extra vote all the time and Max never disqualified me so I think you are safe (talking about Pika)
