Suggestion Details:

Basically, we all know voting can give you voting crate keys, experience (10), iron currency (500/50 votes) and get extra rewards if you're on the leaderboards.

However, If I get banned from the server, the server allows you to vote, but you could only get max 14 keys and 140 experience (For example if I get banned 7 days, and I voted 7 times everyday without going onto the server, I will only receiver 14 keys and 140 experience not 49 keys and 490 experience.)

Furthermore, you still can trade your votes for iron currency, but you won't be able to see yourself on the voting leaderboards (in-game). I don't know which leaderboard jartex use for the extra leaderboard rewards, (the in game one in the lobby, or the one on jartexnetwork.com). If I am a top 10 voter for example, the in-game lobby one doesn't shows you your extra votes (49-14 =35 votes).

So what I'm asking for is even if you get banned, or for some other reasons and you can't join the server, you should still be able to get the same amount of rewards you deserve from voting - votes and keys and free experience.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

I think it is just a improvement to the voting system.​

For the people who actually get banned and vote it's a problem for them but, there are only some of them getting banned and voting at the same time.
