vote party bug

hi i dont know but the vote party doesnt work is this a permanent or not?

Vote Party happends every 250 Votes.
It gives everyone in the server a free Rare Crate Key.
It works for me and I'm pretty sure for everyone else.
If you didn't got the key, your inventory was probably full.
