The vote crate system on Survival is virtual, meaning you won't get physical crate keys in your inventory upon voting. Instead, they will be directly added to your account and can be seen when you right click that particular crate.
If the same it still not working, you can try relogging or wait for the gamemode to reboot. Also make sure the username is correct when voting.
