Visual swimming glitch

This visual swim glitch seems pretty unfair to me which should be a reason to ban because u dont have the same hitbox when youre swimming on land

It's not really a bug like it can be 1 of 2 thing
1. Its a totally client-sided thing (Only Visually bugged)
2. It's a 1.16+ thing that makes you be stuck in swimming mode for a while (u cant do anything its a game-related issue)

How do you re-create it? I don't play on this server but I want to try to do it on my server to prank my friends
