Hello PandaDude if you are sure that he has been hacking for mining in prison you can always report him in the gameplay report sub forum

For your reference you need a video recording of him using the hacks in the mine so that the staff can get a better understanding of the hacks he/she is using

I do not think this is enough evidence to ban a player, you will need a recording of the player cheating. And you should use the proper player report sub forum to report a player.

i should agree this doesnt look like enough evidence to report someone for hacks,i suggest recording a clip of them using the hack,
