upload a map (worldedit)

I want to upload a map to get more change to get accepted for builder. the only thing that is standing in my way is worldedit. i just cant dowload the mod. when i installed forge and worldedit mod the game crashes when i start it up. is there another solution or does anyone know how to fix it?
