upgrade to miner​

Description:

at maybe 15k ores mined miner would have a tier 2 where you spawn with 2 furnaces, 8 coal, and an effieciency 2 stonepickaxe​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

just makes miner better if you can mine that many ores​
