Solved Prison Global Unresolved bug that has targeted me on prison and is detrimental to my capability to grind

I have been complaining about this bug to staff continually for more than half a day and it has actually lost me a gang top position. 50 of my prestiges were removed randomly after logging off and logging on and nobody seems to care about it. I dropped from prestige 103 to 53 for literally no reason and im extremely irritated. I am a donator and i pay a lot of money to the server upwards of 100e in the last few weeks yet nobody is capable of atleast giving me an eta on when it will be looked into. If a staff member could please look into this issue DIRECTLY it would be greatly appreciated.

Since this is a bug, you'll have to report it on the forums here: https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/bugreport/. Since JartexNetwork is a Network, there is tons of bugs that needs to be fixed so it is quite hard to give a estimated time arrival.​

how can i be expected to provide any evidence besides the whole server witnessing me being p103 and then being p53? thats simply unreasonable.

I can confirm that mini was p103 and then he randomly dropped to p53, its a bit worrying to see that

It is best for you to provide proof as well as steps to recreate the bug as the Developers cannot fix the bug if they do not know what the bug is.
