Solved Unreal bug.... or glitch.. or smthin

When i try to open jartex, it shows am perma banned, but when i wrote an appeal, a mod told me that i wasnt banned...
I still am unable to join jartex and it still shows i am permanently banned. I even try relogging in, also tried restarting my pc still isnt working.
Help needed.




Btw i was playing gens from the past week without problem....

Hello Y YouCantKnowMeh , The problem you're facing is called “IP conflict”, basically your IP has matched with someone's IP who is currently banned. You can just restart your Wi-Fi/router to fix this issue. But since even after restarting your Wi-Fi/router, you're facing the issue, it means that you've got a static router (whose IP doesn't change even after restarting it).

Hello Y YouCantKnowMeh , The problem you're facing is called “IP conflict”, basically your IP has matched with someone's IP who is currently banned. You can just restart your Wi-Fi/router to fix this issue. But since even after restarting your Wi-Fi/router, you're facing the issue, it means that you've got a static router (whose IP doesn't change even after restarting it).
The only thing you can do is create a ticket using this link: https://jartexnetwork.com/support-tickets/open?department_id=4, and make sure to provide your IP in the ticket. It may take around one week to get management team's response on it.
