Unlock the Voice Chats​

Suggestion Details:

Voice Chats are a pretty interesting feature that have been made on discord, and can be of great usage.
Back when they were added, i remember a staff member (SrMod?) instantaneously locking all the channels without properly giving a reason, it doesn't make sense why restrict all of us from using voice chats when they can be of good use, especially because people would then require to talk in either donators, or main chat because they do not have a microphone, which would flood the channels.

Yes, i know that one of the Donator Voice Chats has been flooded with foreign language, but a better approach would've been made rather than permanently locking the voice chats​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Members without a microphone or that prefer to be muted and not speak wouldn't require to talk in donators/main chat causing multiple discussions at once or simply to prevent them flooding​
