Solved unban appeal was accepted twice but still banned

Console has falsely banned me for chargeback twice, I made two ban appeals explaining that I didn't chargeback, and both were accepted by Max, but I am still banned. I don't know what the reason for this is, but if anyone knows how to fix it or anything helpful, please reply.
