Solved unban appeal was accepted twice but still banned

Console has falsely banned me for chargeback twice, I made two ban appeals explaining that I didn't chargeback, and both were accepted by Max, but I am still banned. I don't know what the reason for this is, but if anyone knows how to fix it or anything helpful, please reply.

I know chargeback is bannable, but as I said before, it was a false ban and I didn't actually chargeback. Both of the appeals I made were already accepted and I tried to rejoin and was still banned.

I've checked there, and it does say I'm unbanned, but when I try to join the actual server I still get the message that I am banned.

Can you try to restart your wifi once?

I've tried that already, and it didn't work, thanks for the suggestion though.
