Unable to but Earth Totems

Why can't i buy earth totems, the requirement is 6 enchanted wheats and even i have more than that in my inventory it still says that i do not have required items in my inventory, Why is that?

Hi, the /totemshop NPC is bugged, and has been bugged for the predominant portion of this season. I suggest you horde gems and the equivalent tokens for upgrading totems if the NPC does get fixed, although I wouldn't count on it.
