Triple and double TNT jump ?

Well , I have played in many servers before (2 years ago before I know JartexNetwork community ).However , I did the double and triple TNT jump in most of them , but When I want to do the same jumps here in JartexNetwork ( skywars or bedwars ) , it doesn't work , I don't really know why it doesn't work , but I have a theory.
when we try to do double (or Triple) TNT jump , the first TNT will push you up to air , but the second TNT will freeze you while you are in air which going to end with your death .
Now I don't know how this works , cause I tried to setup a private server to test if it works there , and yes it works on my private server , but in JartexNetwork there must be some certain thing that don't allow the second TNT to push someone's already in air (or already been pushed)

tell me what you think and how we can fix it?
I will suggest this if it paid attention.

Well , it is so useful , I have used it before to reach the enemy base from the middle , and it works like 100 times , it is so helpful , I could break their bed fast just by doin triple tnt jump , cause the triple tnt jump gives a lot of pushing
