Create a bug report over at https://jartexnetwork.com/bug-reports/
It would be good if you could record the process as it will ease the developer identify it fast
Also make the bug report as detailed as possible
Once you done making the report, be patient let the devs do their job and it will be fixed soon !
You probably wont get your stuff back as it takes a lot of effort to make that happen
and that much xp is like petty xp, so it would be my suggestion not to keep insisting for xp back but you can a small request for it in your report
