Suggestion Details:

Any time someone disposes an item in /trash it should go to a special place (maybe a /dump NPC) where players (who maybe are new ,died or just looking for something) can go to and take maybe a stack a day or something, then maybe have some vouchers you can get by voting that grant you an extra stack or two. the dump can maybe refresh or clear every week
this can be good for if you accidentally put an item in the disposal you can get it back if you are lucky​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

It gives another use to /trash instead of just deleting items, and maybe cause a little less rages from lost items
it will also just be more convenient​
