BedWars Trap not activating

I bought a miner trap and it did not activate. I pearled to my neighbour base and immediatelly voided, enemy was at mid and the trap never activated? Should I make a bug report?

The thing is I don't have any evidence as I wasn't recording at the time :/

Maybe he was in the sky or wasn't close enough for the trap to activate.

I have a similiar issue, but instead of them not working i dont get any notifications of them activating..

This could be from the ping or something from the island. If you consult with the staff, security will help you.
