My main point here is that the "Vote every 24 hours" is very misleading. If voting two times a day for those sites is allowed, why bother telling people to vote every 24 hours.. You get what I mean?

What are you trying to point out? That's the problem, putting "Vote every 24 hours" on sites that only require 12 hours to vote.
