Hey Asqin. You can report the player by using this link: https://jartexnetwork.com/form/10/select. Once opened, type down your name, rule breaker's name, the gamemode where this happen, and the rule the player broke.
And alyan , Wqshed_ , scamming is NOT allowed in KitPvp. I would suggest you both to check out the rules page before telling something to a player, thanks.
