Dear,
If you have found a player violating the rules and guidelines of this server, then please do report him/her in the Player Reports department of the Forums with valid evidence in form of a video or screenshots. From the looks of things(the screenshot provided by you), is not valid evidence to report(as I see no rule being violated) and it seem heavily edited. Also we do not know if the player is in Jartex or its a SS from another server.
