There is no reason to ban him. As he probably didn't like the idea of having obsidian.
Well, if you think he was cross teaming. Cross Teaming is teaming with someone that isn't their teammate.

I have stated below some negative ways your teammate could affect the team: (for bedwars)

- You stand on a bridge and your teammate fireballing you off.
- Your Teammate decide to break the blocks under you causing you to fall into the void.
- Your Teammate mines your bed defense and decides to throw everything into the void and let the opposing team break your bed.
