So what is scrolls, where to find them and how to "use" them

you can put them on the custom enchanted books or on your armor

There are a lot of different kinds of scrolls, these are:

Refresh Scroll: Used to change the success/destruction rate of custom enchants,
Black Scroll: Used to remove one custom enchant in your tools/combat items
White Scroll: Used to protect a certain item from getting destroyed by a destruction rate of a custom enchant
Immortality Scroll: As the name suggests, make a certain tool immortal (meaning it will not break)
