the level bug

there is a bug in prison since 2-3 days where no one is able to access the next level ie:cant claim the level rewards of current level
if you dont understand what im trying to say,refer to the footage

hi Cranex, wrong sub forum to post a bug report. Also, ive submitted a bug report on the first day and no respond till this day.
