it's clearly not because this is the legend of one
who you might not say in all respects was a hero...
but once a Man of Jartex.
once a Legend...
Now I've been playing Jartex seen Jartex grow and
flourish for the past 3 and a half years out of the 5 years of it's existence
I do not know every corner of it yet, every bit of history but when
you've been here long enough you get to witness
a part of history and the longer you stay the more
likely that, you become a part of history, now Nudes
as I explained before was not a hero but certainly
part. of Jartex history.
it all began 3 years ago sometime in February 2016, I had gotten my first
laptop and had been playing le craft on a friends xbox, so I thought I might
give it a go a pc, of course I had no money so I did what most people nowdays
on the internet do, I essentially pirated the game.
jartex was not the first server I had joined, but was on the small list
of servers I had quickly added to my client. when I joined I was but
a Noob, or an absolute scrub as some would say. neverless despite that i
played the game, and another player of that game... was nudes.
Nudes when I first met him was at the top of the server. the top of the
island levels before dream even became a thing. back then the meta
to making money was mining, mycelium farms and I kid you not making
Stone shops. This was the era of 1.8.9 the stone age for many
and jartex was yet to even get close to it's peak at the time
and while jartex was already a year old it was merely the start of it's
lifetime and the start for many. I quickly made friends on the server and got settled,
however there was one person who kept bothering me, Nudes
he was very much in his own world wanting his own things
wanting everything his way and many dislike and despised him for this
but that did not stop him, and one day I did something to make
him like me, He helped me cover ground in skyblock quickly as I found
out ways of reaching new levels quickly reaching 1k, 2k, 5k island level
Nudes had the right mindset for skyblock, some said he was genius...
he was the very first player I've ever heard of even owning an iron
golem spawner or even a pigman spawner he helped me gain access
to things I thought where unreachable and yet managed it anyway.
within the first 2 weeks of knowing him I knew the staff didn't like him
for some of the things he did and said but in the end after my first 6 months
he was banned for hacking... something I knew he was doing all along
something that was obviously forbidden.
later for the next couple of weeks I carried on his bad language and filthy mouthing
and even hacking, but not for him because I had been influenced, I later stopped all
that. I have 28 pages of warnings and logs on jartex, The longest I have ever even seen
and yet I am not banned.
Nudes owned a small "clan" a small "gang" if you would. few joined and
every member owned their own island, Some of those members are still
here today. people you might know such as Suhayl, Bird303 and Cocokish.
we called ourselves Pirates
When a month or 2 after nudes was banned and I was at an island level of
10k I actually talked to Cocokish for the first time I had been there
as I ended up being the last member of Pirates to join. Pirates was no
longer after Nudes was gone. Cocokish was the first True island Friend/Mate
I ever had that was truly a part of my team. I offered a big risk in order
to finally steal back island top. I offered my island...
I had mined everything, every single block that was considered valuable was mined
up and brought to his island, His island before the merge was just below 20k
and after. it had hit 30k. I thank myself for trusting Cocokish when times
for us got tough, and it served us well. in the end we where one of the first
if not the first island on jartex to ever hit 100k island levels (island worth was judged only by levels
back then) then came along Dream...
back then I was buying many resources from Suhayl as he had an impressive island previously
and was offering to give me blocks in fantasy for money in dream, and bird303 came back
to the server with the new release of dream. Fantasy received it first ever reset in it's first 3
years of development and was changed to become much different. The old fantasy was much
harder to get things such as spawners as you could only buy cow spawners from the shop.
the currency is fantasy for the first few weeks was worth double the currency in dream.
/shop was not a thing, and /shop consisted of a warp to shop with signs to buy items.
iron golem spawners were the most valuable spawners possible and where extremely rare
I ended up only owning 3-4. and only half the amount of spawners actually existed as there are
now.
about a week ago I logged in for the first time in about 1 year
and I saw Cocokish online for the first time in 1 and half years,
he told me he had only been playing for a week and now I am a
member of his island, what a coincidence we both logged in
at the same time.
and While the Legendary Nudes is no more
He is a part of the history of
JartexNetwork...
