there is no knockback stick, but there is slimeball with knockback V in special crate that spawns on middle (its not guaranteed to be in it)

there are also power bows and explosive bows that hit you miles

There is special crate in the midd as gusto said and to get Knockback slime is pretty low chance you mostly get some gapples speed pots and bows..
