What is the suggestion about?
"Thanks" System

Description:
This isn't an original Idea, But I think implementing It would be so cool and will encourage more players to help within #assistance_chat.

The original idea I got from the WOK Discord server.

The idea is about players will get the ability to thank another player with a command.
I'm suggesting Implementing this to Rene as ".thank BimaTh BimaTh " For example.
It's similar to the Voting system.

The main idea is to encourage more players to help others.
So each time a player will help another, they will get a point. Taking example.

Swervingg Helped playerA.
playerA will do ".thank @swervingg"
Swerving will get a thank point.

While data will be stored and a channel would be created and it would update every 5 minutes with the new weekly or monthly score. And the top 3 or 5 gets a bonus prize at the end of the month.

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
This will encourage more players to help others in need within the assistance chat.

Extra Information:
Thanks for reading :D. It would be my pleasure to read your thoughts about this.

Hey BimaTh BimaTh .
I'll give you a Neutral.
I like the idea but I prefer giving them emotes such as (y). I don't really think people would care about this and I'm not sure how will they implement it.

Hello BimaTh!

The idea of having that command and thank points is cool and everything, but I don't think the people who help want anything in return. They do it because they like helping people, and getting a "Thank you" would be nice but completely unnecessary.
  • 90% of the people who ask for help in assistance chat are new or don't know much information about Jartex's discord, so no one will use the command unless you asked them to, which will be kinda werid tbh.
Downvoted, sorry and thank you for taking the time to make this suggestion.

I agree with Swervinng, and although the idea is great, I will have to give this a neutral. I don't help for recognition, I do it to make people happy and let them enjoy playing on Jartex

Three reasons.
  • People barely say thank you if we help them anyway.
  • There will be competition to help, and competition=conflict and help is a thing which shouldn't be competitive and moreover not have conflicts.
  • Abuse of this

+1 from me, sounds efficient, not too hard to implement. There would have to be some cooldown about how often you could thank players otherwise people would abuse the system but I like it.

Im voting -1 for the following reasons
  1. There will be conflict to help and get points
  2. most of the time people already dont say thanks
  3. new players wouldnt even know about the command and most of the people in assistance chat are new.
Good Luck!
