just do /shop then you select the custom crops section

But you cant select crop until you have unlocked its recipe

I did played skyblock for a while
Its a good gamemode and requires commitment
So after reporting a few bugs, making a few reports and recording a few tutorials I left SBD

I will be back in Jan maybe once I get SBD god

Skyblock is the most boring and repetitive gamemode in the server, its not fun after one season unless you get into a good island. You'll be struggling for certain levels which are just plain boring and annoying. I play video games to enjoy myself not to have it as a second job.
