Tasker Tom not giving me quests?

Tasker Tom isnt giving me a single quest and i dont know what to do. it just says i dont have access to that command (jartex.global.command.dailyquests) is this a level based thing? im level 46 at the moment but i didnt think that was an issue. can someone tell me if they have the same issues or know how to fix it?

Actually that NPC has been sort of "bugged" for already the entire season. I´ve already made a bug report about it, but it seems like the devs are not going to fix it before the new season will start.
The time of the release of the new season is unknown to everybody so we will have to be paitient, Due to last season`s duration I don`t expect a season within the next month.
