What is the suggestion about?
Stricter laws for multiple violations of code of conduct.

Description:
To describe it briefly let me start with an example: "ABC" person is a new person on Jartex server and he has been violating the rules and derailing from the code of conduct multiple times. Violations include swearing, mocking with disability, inappropriate behavior.

What the authorities do is to either mute them for 1 hour, 1 day, or maximum of 3 days. There is a clear set of rules that actually describes the amount of duration of punishment for multiple violations. However the flaw in this system is that players getting muted for 1 hour or one day do not experience the punishment (in the sense that they just go offline and come back unmuted the next day, and sometimes the mute goes unnoticed if you are muted after you went offline).

This is why there is a need to implement stricter laws that would make the chat cleaner. The punishments stated in the forum rules do not correspond with the mute length issued by the authorities to players who are violating the rules multiple times.

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
A cleaner chat would be something that every jartex player needs.
