The reason why you have this problem is because JartexNetwork is a cracked server so someone must have used a cracked account with the username you said. The only way you can fix this problem is if you change your username by using a cracked launcher and you can type another username which no-one is using

Sorry that you can't use your own premium Minecraft username for Jartex, as it is a cracked server, but what dirtiva said should work.

As Oh_myMinecraft has stated above, JartexNetwork is a cracked server and essentially, players can login with any user-name if it hasn't been registered before. You're not able to login because a user has already claimed your IGN and the only way to enter the server is to change your username or login with a new cracked username into the server.
