Hi, my nick on the server is RyZe_AxIoYT, I am currently grinding PRISONS and i’ve gotten the 24 hours playtime reward and it contains 2 star crates but when I looked in my inventory they were nowhere to be seen. So are starcrates automatically opened and turned in to loot or do they need to be put in my inventory?

You usually get such rewards in your inventory but when inventory is full, they are sent to delivery
You can check that using ./gift (can't use ./delivery here as it has been assigned to advent calender)

If your reward isnt in your inventory or gifts then it might be bugged and you should consider making a bug report over at

I suppose you havent recorded previous claimings so wait till you reach 48hrs playtime as you have star crates as a reward there too
You need evidence for validating your report, so make sure you get proper video/screenshots of the bug

Yes 24 play time rewards are bugged so you can report at bug reports
