staff is using hacks as well, but them, being staff doesn't get banned?

What stops them getting banned just because they are staff?

If we encounter a player and there is enough proof to ban, we ban.
If we encountered a staff member and there is enough proof to ban, we speak to the management team.
Nothing stopping them getting banned / demoted..

But considering the possibility of a staff 'hacking' before they get into the staff team, I don't think that they are really clean / abiding the rules. That's where SSing comes (to determine if they used hacks recently)

Never really that useful if you're not hacking tho. But just in case

The other thing is staff members could just restart there pc before the interview for Trial and you have no chance of detecting cheats...
