You can apply for staff by making a trial application
Make a good application
There are few requirements too, which are all mentioned there
Hope you dont got any punishment history (ban/mute) coz it doesnt look well for on applicants

Hello B BLOODLOVER444444 it is showing that because u dont meet the requirements for applying for staff.The requirements are as followed :

JartexNetwork Staff Requirements
➤ You must have a total of 75 messages on the forums.
➤ You must meet the age required in your country to use Discord.
➤ You must have a working microphone (Exceptions can be made, contact a Sr.Mod or the Manager with details).
➤ You must be actively reporting rule-breakers before applying.
➤ You must have more than 1 month as a part of the Network and the community.
➤ You must know how to fluently speak English.
➤ Proper grammar is required.
➤ You must be able to record videos with a quality of 720p or greater.
➤ You must not have had any punishments in 14 days prior to submitting your application, warnings are not included.
