Staff of the Month​

Description:

Staff of the moth is a concept in which the most hardworking and reliable staff get an award for his duties .
And I would like them to implement these In server .The award for getting the staff of the Month could be anything its up to the owners and moderators they can give promotion or a meeting with all the staff members ,as I said its up to them . I also Have made a example picture of it . the picture can also be changed.

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This concept will make the staffs work hard and also boost the efficiency of helping the players and removing the rulebreakers​

There are plenty of staff rewards and statistics for staffs to track all of their progress. It's not a competition and this just enforces it again. Everyone is appreciated the same way and I think we should not put one above another.
So big -1 for me, but I'll leave the suggestions for SrMods to handle

Thank you for your interest in JartexNetwork by creating a suggestion for the network. After reviewing your suggestion, I have decided to deny it for the following reason(s);​

• Although this looks like something that would motivate the members of the staff team, it will actually demotivate them. As many staff members have already stated, there are a lot of hidden things that are meant to motivate them, some stuff that the community members do not know about. Having a Staff of the Month award would get people more competitive, create more conflict, create drama and heated talks, and overall demotivate people that have been working so hard for a full month and did not get it at the end. So all in all, this will not be added as it has more cons than pros, specially from a staff member's point of view.
