A Trial mod ovq is ignoring players that reported hackers.
There is alot of obvious hackers but no one responds...
Ovq is ignoring and rejecting messages for checking players witchi say AGAIN they are hacking OBVIOUSLY..

I hope more serious staff will intervene.

Trials can't ban hacker, nor they can't ban them, also he is busy and has irl stuff to do

Even though if he replied , ovq can not ban hackers and his job is still as a Trial with limited perms which means you can not ask Trials to ban hackers.

ovq cant ban hackers because he’s only a trial he’s not a robot that does everything.

Staff in general cannot always be there replying to every single message, and if they missed one, it's the end of the world. He probably did not notice the message, which happens to me as well. Or maybe was busy helping other people on discord.
In this case, it would've been better to record a clip about the hacker to report, or just DM ovq the name you're suspecting of to grab his attention.
I myself keep a list of suspicious names people report to me on discord to follow them when they come online and investigate their behavior, and it worked perfectly for both the staff-member and the player reporting.
