Hello so there is a spigot account ( https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/authors/sander2798.14014/ ) and that account happens to be banned on Jartex. In his BannerBoard plugin here is a screenshot from the description: https://prnt.sc/suzsnq
It is completely unacceptable for JustThiemo to get away with breaking this rule and he should be permanently banned.
