I really think staff should look at password requests more because if they dont check ever ,people are gonna leave .just like me im considiring leaving.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Since we got few Staff that are able to look at the Password Reset forms, it will take some time. I also have forgotten my password, and I had waited 3 weeks till they changed my password.
