Staff FeedBack Sub-Forum​

Description:

So, this sub-forum would be a really great implementation for the forums since it will give every player the freedom to go and leave their feedback about any staff member of the server.
We will have to go to the forums section and then choose the Staff Feedback sub-forum, we will have the option to choose the staff member we would like to talk about, we will be able to leave any kind of feedback but always being respectful towards the staff team and the community.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This idea would be really helpful since everyone will be able to talk about any staff member, things they like and things they don't.
This will give a better connection between our players and the staff team and would make things a easier to deal with.
Instead of going into Staff-Reports and leaving a negative feedback for something wrong a staff member did, people would be able to first discuss it directly with the staff member and other members of the community, of course this would depend on what the case is.
This new feature will give players the freedom to talk about the staff members and what they think about them, and it will of course help in the overall community assistance. Players will be able to discuss things they like and don't like about a specific Staff member, and the staff member would be able to talk with all them. This will give that kind of connection between Member and staff, making things better. Most of the people complain about staff members but they never get to talk with them to fix their problems, so this would be a great time to do that!
I want the JartexNetwork Staff team to be involved as much as they can with the members of the community.​

-1 If a member reports/ give bad feedback about a staff member that staff member will personally attack the guy who reported/ gave a bad feedback I did the same thing and now that staff member is personally attacking me and wants me banned apparently rofl he knows who he is, and bad idea just in general no point of doing that u can just dm them and talk to them and tell them that they are very good as a feedback if u think they r doing a good job or just tell them u suck lolxd if u think they suck at what they r doing, Most of them are useless and inactive af on discord & forums anyways not gonna mention names, And as Hakim said people might say some false shit same thing happened to me when I was a helper I was accused of denying the reports even tho it meets all the requirements which it didnt meet and the idiot didn't even provide /realname and cries on why I 'false' deny his reports.

Alright, Sorry but I don’t agree.
Staff members should me mature enough to take bad criticism, good criticism and fake criticism.
This is my opinion and point of view
and besides, dm is not the same since you don’t do it in public, if the staff member is an actual nice person then they will get more good criticism than bad criticism. Take care!

It's funny how staff members are whilling to do this but people is refusing to.

Why can't we instead report the staff rather than the feedback? If he/she is not working well then more and more reports will piling up and will eventually will be fired from the authority.

This feedback sub-forum won't be to get staff kicked nor demoted from the server, it will be to give out opinions about certain staff members we think are doing a nice job and why do we think that, or why are they doing a bad job. As I stated above it will depend on what the case is, and if we KNOW for a fact that a staff member has broken any rules at all then we do a formal report. But why is there an specific sub-forum to report staff, and not a sub-forum to tell them how we feel they make their jobs? I can go to right now and tell staff members how I feel they do in there job, but It is different for them to know then for the community to know. I feel all the players should know more about how staffs communicate with us.

If a staff is not doing his job or being very disrespectful towards someone, either you can report them or contact a SrMod. No need for such thing which would create more toxicness towards a staff member as people would just start swearing etc towards a staff member + bringing out false cases.
