guys when I click create staff application I cant
It says I ran into some problems

Its because you do not meet requirements
One of the most basic requirement is getting 30 messages on forums, which you obviously dont have so its not going to even navigate you to the application form

Not really about "preparations". Its more about your application quality as well as what you could provide to the team, ofc you need to meet the requirement at the first place, but there is not much preparation you need to be a staff member.

Its not a requirement to be at least active reporter smh, how ever it may boost your chance to get into the staff team since that proves that you have some experience when it comes to reporting
