Spent 60 Euro on Prison Keys, didnt know about Reset

Hello, im PHIDRA2 and yesterday I bought 4 Event Keys and today 4 god keys.

I didnt know that there`s gonna be a reset in two Days, im so happy about my Stuff and now I loose everything.
Maybe you Guys can Start my year really REALLY good with giving me the keys again.
I`d apprecade it so so much!!

If you maybe need a proof or the Transaction ID, ill hand it to you.
I`d do everything to get my money/keys back...

I thought ill gonna keep the stuff for a while now.
But obviously I wont...

I'm not sure about this, But in the news it is said that "Of course, all purchases will be reissued so nobody will be out of pocket in that regard."
So, probably you'll get those keys again after reset, But I'm not sure. Well, the only way to find out is waiting a reliable answer from experienced player or staffs Or wait the reset to come and see.

Well, if it'll not be reissued after reset, I felt sorry to you too.

Well if you opened the keys and got ranks or gkits why should they give back to you? I would say no to giving back or refunding...

I got 2 20x player vaults, a party pickaxe, and 100k tokens and some other stuff, but now thats worth nothing cause u can easily get that Stuff at spawn for free.

What exactly is a Reset? I know that the name is self-explanatory but what components does it cover?

All Stats, Coins, Seasonal Ranks, etc. get resettet.

There's nothing you can do to get your keys or money back, as you already opened them. You should've seen around spawn or informed yourself about the reset, as even before joining the server you can see that Prison will reset on January 9th (MOTD)
