just practice shift bridging in a solo world and every couple blocks shift and unshift and within like 30 mins you'll be able to speedbridge

I would always forgot to Turn of Shift lock LOL i will turn it off and practise

Well if you need advice take it from me, it took me over 2 months to learn it properly and I still fall.

Just keep practicing, thats the only way
do it slowly at first, its always better to not fall in game- (Something i didnt do, I always tried going fast so it took me forever) so go slow in game and increase your speed as you get better. Also don't hold right click becuz u will find it harder to go fast when you get better
